Prior to lending, our previous experience includes renovating and reselling dozens of houses as well as building houses.

When you’re in the business of buying and selling houses, you realize that not all deals are the same. Some deals are run-of-the-mill purchases at reasonable prices. Other deals are purchased for such great prices, you know they’re a home run before you even close. We believe loan terms should reflect this difference.
