Bob Flynn
Bob brings 14 years of real estate experience to Flynn Lending Partners.
In addition to experience orginating/funding private money loans, he also has note purchasing and loan workout experience.
His direct real estate experience includes renovating and reselling single family houses, building single family houses, and sourcing, purchasing, renovating, re-tenanting and refinancing apartments and mobile home parks in several markets in the south west.
He received his B.A. from the College of William and Mary and his M.B.A from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan where he received the Distinguished Leaders Award scholarship.
